What if I need to cancel my appointment?

 

​I understand the need for flexibility in my clients’ hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $65 charge for these services. Prepayment is required upon booking your next appointment.

May I bring my children to my appointment?​

 

​As much as we love kids, Perch Studio has a strict “no children” policy. It is strictly for safety and liability reasons. The salon is not a great place for kids due to chemicals, hot tools, and sharp scissors about. We ask that you leave them at home (unless they are receiving a service) with a loved one so you can enjoy your time and know that they are safe.

Why do I need to leave a deposit?

 

​For all new guests, a $75 deposit is required to hold your appointment date & time. If you need to cancel, it will be refundable up to 48 HOURS before your appointment. Last minute cancelations will forfeit the deposit. This protects my business as less than 48 hours notice makes it difficult to be able to fill the appointment.

What if I am late to my appointment?

 

​I will do my best to accommodate, however,  if you are more than 15 minutes late, it is likely that I will have to reschedule you as I book my clients back to back and it would cause me to run behind for the rest of the day. If you are rescheduled the cancellation policy will apply. It is best to try to arrive 10 minutes early as sometimes parking can be difficult.
